About Debora Roca
Debora Roca holds a Bachelor’s degree in Psychology from her native Perú. She is a Certified Professional Co-Active Coach (CPCC), a bilingual Abriendo Puertas/Opening Doors Facilitator, and a Certified Circle of Security Parent Educator.
With over 26 years of experience as a parent educator, coach, and mental health consultant, Debora has supported educators, parents, and caregivers through challenges such as family transitions, abuse, immigration, and everyday stressors.
As a Life and Employability Coach, she helps individuals reconnect with their inner wisdom and strength, guiding them toward holistic empowerment and professional growth.
